Free Trial Terms

New members receive a 45-day free trial with full Pro access. A valid payment method is required at signup and will not be charged during the trial period.

At the end of the trial period, your subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly Pro subscription for your plan tier, at the price disclosed to you at checkout, and you authorize TransactionFlow to charge the payment method on file. Conversion is automatic unless you cancel or elect the Base plan before the trial ends.

At any time before the trial ends you may cancel, effective immediately and without charge, from your account settings. You may also elect to convert to the Base plan for your tier instead of Pro. That election takes effect at the end of your trial, and you retain full Pro access for the remainder of the trial period.

If you add seats during your free trial and this moves you into a higher plan tier, the amount charged at the end of your trial will be the price for that higher tier. TransactionFlow will disclose the revised amount and obtain your authorization before the change takes effect.

You may request a higher plan tier at any time. Approved upgrades take effect immediately, and the additional cost is prorated for the remainder of your current billing period. The new recurring price applies from your next billing date onward. Administrator and transaction coordinator seats are included with Pro plans according to plan tier and are not sold separately; members requiring additional seats move to the next plan tier.

Requests to move to a lower plan tier take effect on your next billing date. Fees already paid are not refunded or credited, and no partial-period credits are issued for features or seats no longer in use.

Other than electing between Pro and Base, your plan tier and seat count are fixed at what you selected at signup unless you submit a request to TransactionFlow.

Once your subscription is paid, cancellation takes effect thirty (30) days after notice, and you remain responsible for fees accruing during that period. Fees already paid are non-refundable and no credits are issued for partial months.

Founding pricing is available to members who begin a free trial on or before October 15, 2026, or to the first 100 members to do so, whichever occurs first. Founding pricing applies for 24 months from the date of your first paid charge, and applies only to features included at enrollment. After that period, standard pricing applies upon at least thirty (30) days' notice.
