TransactionFlow was born out of our own pain and frustrations as agents. We didn't build it because we saw a business opportunity—we built it because as practicing real estate agents wearing all the hats, not full-time transaction coordinators, we were drowning in coordination chaos while being held back by other people's systems that didn't fit the way we wanted to serve our clients.
As co-founders of Realty Network Team and Associate Brokers with REAL Brokerage, Kristen Thakur and Lauren McLeroy have closed over 200 homes and generated $85M+ in sales while achieving Top 10 Small Team status in Cobb County. Through hundreds of transactions, we experienced the same frustration: coordinating 15+ parties consumed massive time, yet every deal required the exact same repetitive tasks. Copy, paste, personalize, send—50 times per deal. We were spending more time as coordinators than as agents building relationships.
