Why we built this.
For nine years we ran a top-producing team in Metro Atlanta market — and for nine years we watched the industry's "purpose-built" tools fail every agent we hired. Every quarter we'd evaluate a new CRM, a new transaction manager, a new AI assistant. Every quarter we'd come away with the same conclusion: none of these are built for real estate. They're built for SaaS metrics, and bolted onto our industry.
The 14-tab problem
By 2024, our daily workflow required 14 browser tabs and four mobile apps. A CRM. An e-signing tool. A second e-signing tool. A scheduling tool. A virtual staging tool. A photo editor. A social design tool. A mileage tracker. A dialer. A drafting AI. A newsletter tool. Plus the MLS. Plus the brokerage portal. Plus our broker's intranet.
The tools cost us hundreds of dollars a month. The integrations between them cost more — and broke every six weeks. But the real cost was the time tax. Every morning started with 30+ minutes of context-switching between systems just to figure out what was happening across our deals. That's not running a business. That's running through a system designed by 14 different companies who never met.
We didn't get our real estate licenses to do data entry. We got them to help families buy homes — and the tools were getting in the way of the work.
Where we are now

Four bets we're making.
Real estate isn't a CRM vertical.
It's its own category. A CRM with custom fields is a generic tool in a teal sweater. The deal, the stipulation, the closing-day cadence — these are structural concepts that need a structural model, not a workaround. We built the schema first, then the product around it.
AI in real estate should act, not chat.
"Real estate AI" today is a chat box that quotes ChatGPT. Useful for one-off questions. Useless for actually running an operation. Flow AI lives inside the deal — it sees the contract, the inspection, the lender thread, the deadline — and it drafts, flags, and queues with your approval. An operator, not a curiosity.
Pricing should reflect the math.
