TransactionFlow, LLC (“TransactionFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a referral program (“Referral Program”) that allows eligible participants (“Affiliates”) to earn referral credits by referring new users to the TransactionFlow platform. These Referral Program Terms (“Program Terms”) govern your participation and are incorporated into the TransactionFlow Terms of Service by reference. “Campaign” means any promotional or incentive structure governing referral rewards, qualification criteria, or participation terms.
By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to these Program Terms in addition to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

TransactionFlow reserves the right to approve or deny participation in its sole discretion and to revoke participation at any time for any reason.
Upon enrollment in the Referral Program, you will receive a unique referral link. This link contains a tracking identifier that attributes referrals to your account. You are responsible for sharing your referral link through appropriate channels.
When someone clicks your referral link, a tracking cookie is placed on their browser. This cookie has a duration of up to 365 days. If the referred individual signs up for TransactionFlow within that window, the referral is attributed to you. If the referred individual clears their cookies or uses a different device, attribution may not occur. TransactionFlow is not responsible for lost attribution due to cookie deletion, browser settings, or technical limitations.
A referral qualifies for a referral credit only when all of the following conditions are met:
No referral credits are issued for referrals that do not result in a paying subscriber. TransactionFlow may apply additional qualification criteria or verification standards depending on the applicable Campaign.
TransactionFlow may operate the Referral Program under one or more structured campaigns, tiers, or incentive models (each, a “Campaign”). Campaigns may differ based on factors including, but not limited to, user segment, geography, subscription plan, volume thresholds, promotional periods, or strategic initiatives. Referral attribution, eligibility, and rewards shall be determined solely by TransactionFlow based on its internal tracking systems and the conditions applicable to the Campaign in effect at the time of conversion. TransactionFlow reserves sole discretion to determine whether a referral qualifies under a given Campaign.
Referral rewards may include flat credits, tiered incentives, performance-based rewards, or other structures as defined by the applicable Campaign. as communicated to you at the time of enrollment or as updated by TransactionFlow. The specific credit amount and any limits are determined by the active campaign at the time the referral converts.The applicable structure is determined solely by TransactionFlow and may vary at any time.
Referral credits are applied to your TransactionFlow account and offset future subscription charges. Credits are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. If your account is cancelled or terminated, unused credits are forfeited.
There is no cap on the number of qualifying referrals you can earn referral credits for, unless otherwise communicated by TransactionFlow.

The following activities are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all earned referral credits and may result in termination of your account:
TransactionFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program, or to change the referral credit amounts, qualifying criteria, or any other aspect of these Program Terms, at any time with or without notice. Any referral credits earned prior to a modification will be honored. TransactionFlow may create, modify, suspend, or terminate Campaigns (including reward structures, qualification criteria, attribution rules, and participant eligibility) at any time, in its sole discretion.

Participation in any Campaign constitutes acceptance of its applicable terms.
TransactionFlow may terminate your participation in the Referral Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Program Terms, violation of the Terms of Service, or account cancellation. Upon termination, any earned referral credits for verified qualifying referrals will be honored. Unused referral credits are forfeited upon account termination.
If TransactionFlow discontinues the Referral Program entirely, all pending qualifying referrals will be honored. No new referrals will be tracked after the discontinuation date.
All determinations regarding referral eligibility, attribution, Campaign applicability, and reward amounts shall be made by TransactionFlow in its sole and final discretion.
Your participation in the Referral Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between you and TransactionFlow. You are an independent participant and have no authority to bind, contract on behalf of, negotiate for, or otherwise act as an agent of TransactionFlow.
You may not:
Any unauthorized commitments made by you are void and not binding on TransactionFlow. TransactionFlow shall not be responsible for any representations made by Affiliates outside of its official materials.
TransactionFlow’s total liability to you under the Referral Program is limited to the earned referral credits for verified qualifying referrals. TransactionFlow is not liable for lost referrals due to cookie deletion, technical failures, or attribution errors. The limitation of liability provisions in the Terms of Service apply to the Referral Program.
