TransactionFlow is an all-in-one software platform for real estate agents and small teams. It combines transaction management, CRM, e-signature, scheduling, client marketing and reporting in a single system, replacing the six to eight separate tools most agents run. It was built by two actively producing real estate agents. Plans start at $77 a month and every plan begins with a 45-day free trial.
Most producing agents run six to eight separate tools. A CRM. A transaction manager. An e-sign tool. A scheduler. A dialer. Each one holds part of the same deal, and none of them talk to each other.
Individual agents and teams up to about fifteen agents, plus brokerages by arrangement. It is built around how a residential transaction actually runs — the contract, the contingencies, the deadlines and the people on the deal — rather than around a generic sales pipeline.
It suits an agent who is currently paying for a CRM, a transaction manager, an e-signature tool and two or three others, and losing time to moving information between them.
Also included: 700+ email templates written from real closings, and 200+ stipulation handlers that tell you what a given contract response requires and the deadline it creates.
A short tour of the platform, start to finish.
Flow is built into every deal. It tracks the dates and contingencies on a transaction, flags what is due, and drafts your client and party communications for you to review before anything is sent.
Flow does not write contract language. No stipulations, no amendments, no addenda. Drafting contract terms is legal work, and in most states only a licensed attorney or your broker may do it. Flow tells you what a requirement is and when it is due. The wording stays with you.
TransactionFlow was built by Kristen Thakur and Lauren McLeroy, two real estate agents who still actively list and sell in the metro Atlanta market.
They built it because they were running their own team across fourteen browser tabs and four mobile apps, and nothing on the market was designed around how a transaction actually works.
Every feature came from a problem they hit on a live deal. They are not software founders who picked real estate as a market.
Priced by team size, on two tiers. Base covers the core platform. Pro adds admin and TC seats, virtual staging, safety and mileage tools, and priority support.
Brokerages of 16+ agents are quoted individually. Every plan starts with a 45-day free trial on full Pro — no charge during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you are not charged.
Both, in one system. The CRM and the transaction side share the same records, so a contact and their deal are the same thing rather than two entries in two tools.
Yes. E-signature is included on every plan, not sold as an add-on.
All fifty. Deadline and requirement handling is built per state.
Yes, on Pro plans. Administrator and TC seats are included with Pro according to plan size and are not sold separately.
Yes. A card is required to start but is not charged during the 45 days. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged at all.
The account converts to a paid monthly Pro plan for your team size at the price shown when you signed up. Before the trial ends you can switch to the Base plan for your size instead, or cancel.
No. Flow prepares drafts and you approve them. Nothing leaves the account without your action.
Your founding rate locks in for 24 months. Closes October 15, or when we reach 100 members, whichever comes first.
